What do I need to place an order on line as
wholesale customer?
You will need a Sales Tax Number issued by the state of your residence and place
that number in the space provided when you register as a new customer.

How do I get a user id and password?
To receive your user id and password, you will
have to register as a new customer. Then your user id is your email address and
the password is the one you make during registration.

What is the minimum purchase per order?
The minimum order is always $150.

What methods of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards. AMEX, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard

Are the website prices the wholesale prices?

How much is the shipping cost?
We charge shipping by weight and distance from Atlanta, GA. At the end of your
order you will receive an approximate shipping rate, which will be higher or
lower than the actual shipping cost. The rate will be adjusted according to UPS
rates and you will be charged the proper rate.

What method of shipping does your company
use?
We use UPS ground but if you need a quicker UPS
method please check up faster service.

How long does it take to receive the
products after an order is placed?
Most orders go out within 1-2 business days
after an order is placed. Most orders placed before 2:00 p.m. eastern time will
go out the same day. Depending on where the customer lives and how long UPS
takes to deliver to your state determines receiving date.
