• If merchandise is found to be defective in workmanship or material, a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number must be requested within 7 days from date of invoice. The defective merchandise will then be replaced or repaired at our discretion. If item is out of stock and cannot be repaired, a COMPANY CREDIT will be issued. There will be no exchanges or credit on merchandise that is not defective.
   
• MERCHANDISE MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF ISSUANCE OF RETURN AUTHORIZATION OR RA NUMBER WILL BE CANCELLED.
   
• NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
